RETURN POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Your offer to purchase goods from ForeverHER is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated on this page. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. By placing an order with ForeverHER, you agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. We may choose not to accept orders at our discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

 

PRICES

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. ForeverHER will continuously make great effort to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing, promotions and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

 

ORDER STATUS

Customers who have registered for an account with the ForeverHER are able to check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email us at ContactUs@Foreverherboutique.com Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

Item(s) not available.

Difficulty in processing payment information.

Cannot ship to address provided.

Duplicate order was placed.

Cancelled due to a customer request.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

How long do I have to make a return?

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned for an exchange only (postmarked by the carrier) within 3 days of delivery. A ForeverHER gift card will be issued via email for your returned item(s). Please note that there is a fee of $9.98 when using our return label which will be deducted from the total gift card amount.

 

Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.  ForeverHER reserves the right to decline your return or asses a 20% restocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

 

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

 

Yes! There is a fee of $9.98 when using our return label which will be deducted from the total gift card amount. If you decide not to use our label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service, and obtain a receipt for all shipments. We are not responsible for packages mailed to us that do not use one of our prepaid return labels, and we do not reimburse for out-of-pocket shipping costs.

 

How long does it take to get the gift card?

 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days from your return delivery date for your gift card to be sent via email. If you do not receive your gift card in 5 business days, please contact us at contactus@foreverherboutique.com

 

How and where do I send my return?

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase and would like to return, please send an email to contactus@foreverherboutique.com to let us know you would like to return your item(s). We will then send you a return label to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that there will be a fee of $9.98 when using our return label which will be deducted from the total gift card amount. If you want to use a different carrier for your return, please send the package to the address below.

Can I return “Final Sale” item(s)?

 

Any merchandise marked or specific as “Final Sale” may NOT be returned. This also applies to items discounted using a promotion code with a “final sale” disclaimer. All merchandise under the Sales tab, Accessories, Swimwear and Gift Cards are Final Sale and CAN NOT BE RETURN, NO EXCEPTION!
